Shipping Policy

Welcome to Her Custom Designs' shipping policy. 

1. Shipping Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Our orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipping can take a few extra days. Please allow a few extra days in transit for your package to be delivered. 

2.  Shipping Rates:

Shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

3. Shipment Conformation & Order Tracking 

All order conformation and tacking numbers are emailed when order has shipped. 

4. Damages

Her Custom Designs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If a package is delivered damaged please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save a packaging and damaged goods before filing your claim.

5. Incorrect Address/ Returns:

if incorrect address is provided , and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping  cost. Please be sure to double check your shipping information is correct.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Her Custom Designs.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns:

You have 10 calendar days to return from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item(s) needs to have the proof of purchase receipt.

2. Refund:

Once we have received your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will return it to the original payment method use to purchase the item(s). you will then receive your refund within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer's policies. 

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of any returned item(s). The shipping cot is non refundable.

4. Exceptions/ Non- Returnable Item(s):

Certain types of item(s) cannot be returned, such as [custom products, and Clothing].
